Nobody has been sucked into grading these awful sets, at least.
PSA has no OPC cards graded from either set, or they're lumped into Topps.

Dick Tracy: 8 Topps cards graded
TMNT: 56 Topps cards graded (less than half the set)
NKOTB: 5 Topps cards, 1 sticker graded

Do not buy a case expecting to make any money in the grading game. Maybe if the bulk ever goes back to $6/card?
