The Hornets are likely going to lose their leading scorer, so if they are to do anything, not only will Lamelo have to be outstanding, but Mark Williams will have to win ROY....... not likely.
They're projected to be an 8-10 seed so there's no way he'd be in MVP discussion.
Middleton is considered a top 15-20 player throughout the league, any model having him as 'average starter' is a really bad model. Ditto for LaVine and DDR and a bunch of others.
And I like Caruso as a winning player but borderline AS? What? Quickly and D. White as well? Hell to the no.
