I did accept the new terms when they first forced it before you could log in.
It only took two emails a week apart for me to get a replacement sent out. I copied the following on both:

ebrooke@paniniamerica.net
jhowarth@paniniamerica.net
khower@paniniamerica.net
sguardado@paniniamerica.net
Never got an actual response, just notification that my ticket was closed and the replacement had shipped.
