So... we dont have any Target stores north of the border...
so I mulled a hobby box for $200 Cdn(all in) ... like $150 US...
we get 13% tax added on so its like 130US + tx then exchange...
24 packs .. 4 cards = 96
less 24 purple and 12 inserts ( 4 of 3 inserts)
means 60 base cards....
so you need 3.33 boxes with perfect collation to complete the 200 card set..
or its 1 in 3.33 boxes to hit a Julio Witt or other base RC
didnt hit an auto... one guy at the LCS did and its a rough auto checklist..
he got Marcos Diplan .... who?? and his best base rookie was Hunter Greene
and best purple was Bryson Stott
My numbered card was a Blue Bobby Witt Jr RC #d of 150.... covered my box right there.. also a great color match..
and also hit a Julio RC, Witt RC and Wander Debut
and my purples included Witt Debut, Abrams Debut and Kwan RC
so it was a 3 Witt box...
I think there are good boxes like mine out there... but they are not easy to be lucky like I was...
I also grabbed my only Draft and hit a Holiday refractor auto of 499 and a Termarr Mood Ring so overall I am happy with both my after dinner breaks tonight
