I can't see any reality, if this is true, where Vince isn't back with all his regular roles. It's blatantly obvious that WWE being taken private was probably factored in the agreement with Saudi Arabia, which protects Vince.
I can't see a major public company keeping Vince around so this deal was likely the only one where he had the option to sell and stay with the company. Makes sense as to why he sold so quickly. He was probably bored and spiteful and this was the only/quickest avenue to regain that power.
I feel bad for the people HHH brought back and pretty sure guys like Sami and KO are as good as gone if this ends up being true.
