Yes, but if Fanatics' business model is to provide cookie-cut services and products on a large scale, they still want to make sure their providing a satisfactory and valuable service to their clients. If their products and services are alienating a large amount of client costumers, one would assume they are in fact providing negative value to their clients and damaging their brands.

When I think of scale, I think of Amazon and Walmart. Both companies dominate their industries by providing lower prices, convenience, and satisfactory products. Fanatics' model is to cut costs, raise prices, and lower quality.
