S1 has 16 card packs this year; $4 at Meijer so probably $3.50 at Target?
Hanger/rack/fat 36 card packs are back this year for S1. Dunno if BL will have those but probable.
I wonder if retail BL appears this week; should be the plan I expect.

Looks like it will be 8 cards per pack, not a big bump for the price hike it seems.
