Yes, Witt is still young and can improve. I imagine he will. But you are basically stating he is going to be a guaranteed top tier player, and I completely disagree.
That does not mean he's trash, but instead of being a lock for top voting SS in the All Star game/top 10 MVP vote getter, he will be an occasional all star and put up respectable seasons. And he is currently being priced like he is an All Star, MVP vote getter and he is neither one of those things.

Current prices really arenīt that high considering other Top players and his potential. I donīt believe he is priced as an MVP vote getter or anything, that might have been last year, but today he is selling for 50-75% less..
For Shortstops he is doing the same or better than most in many categories and he is not even close to his prime.
#1 in Stolen Bases
# 2 in Hits
# 2 in Total Bases
# 3 in SLG
# 4 in Runs
# 4 in HRs
# 4 in RBIs
I would say that is very good for his 2nd season at 23 years old and playing for an awful team.
