Everybody knows hes struggling. Discussion of his relevance to the hobby of course makes sense. But the daily glee some get out of this (not all) is so so so so weird.

I own a scarcer Elly card and NONE of this bothers me. I sometimes join in and even give Elly a hard time as well because he is failing to perform. That’s a fact.
If he flames out and becomes a nothing, so be it. I was aware of the risks of holding his cards and I will live up to the consequences of huge potential money lost. All the critics will be right if he turns into nothing, and they deserve the pat on the back for warning and pointing these things out to everyone in a public forum.
Investor bois like me didn’t listen and my decision to keep his card deserves to be ridiculed and laughed at.
Just have fun with it and move on. Being a salty non-investor boi is just as bad as being a salty investor boi - the only difference is that you lost less potential money and are just looking to argue, which is fine, I guess. Whatever lets people vent here, it’s quite therapeutic.
