Looks like PSA 9 has come down and holding steady around $1500 past few sales, meanwhile the PSA 10 has come down to $2500-$3500 with a little more variance in ending price.
Month ago PSA 10 was up to $5000 while PSA 9 was still $2000-$2500.
I don't think it will drop much under $1000 this offseason as he will be the #1 FA target in MLB history basically. But with the chance of a slow start coming back from injury, only DH-ing, on a new team with high expectations, the best buying opportunity could be during the 2024 season if he's not performing up to SHOTIME standards. Of course there's always a chance he continues hitting like he did this year and then would be in the MVP race again as just a DH. In that case best time to buy could be during the 2023 playoffs while people are distracted.
