lol Unless you are hanging around the breaker pavilion at the National, those things don't exist at local shows. Other than negotiating, which you don't have to do if you don't want to. You are free to pay sticker price (and there are plenty of good deals at sticker price at card shows to be had). I think you have a very skewed vision of what a card show is like.
