So I won several auctions from the same eBay seller who charged $10.00 to ship each auction. I pay for each auction and pay the separate shipping, the shipping winds up costing $50 total. The seller then combines shipping so that he only pays $10.00 total...but does not issue a $40 refund.
Is this against eBay rules, and if so, where is this stated on eBay’s site? If it’s there I just keep missing it. Thanks.
