This seller is paying for the "peace of mind" because they sent me a paper that was titled refractor and I returned it. The only peace of mind they are getting is protecting their ego instead of admitting they made a mistake. That was over a $100 card, BTW. Since then they've got to be out at least $1000 just on items I've followed (ie bigger cards), not to mention all the little stuff that I glaze right over. They would have been much better off in the long run even had they just said "my bad, go ahead and keep it", let alone just taking the return and moving on.

I've got a few people blocked for reasons other than non-payer too (a pervert and a guy who returned half of a lot come to mind). The point is, you need to be really tight with the people you block if you are running 99¢ auctions. Keep it to actual shady stuff.
