Fair enough, but the reverse is true. Just because they are collectibles it doesn't change the fact that wax prices are largely based on the gambling aspect. In no world would anyone pay $1000 for an Aaron Nola patch auto, even ones as nice as Dynasty. Stick it in a mystery box that might have an Ohtani instead and people will pay for it.
