Targeted at closing the trend of a rush to the prospect thread for a free add upon announcement of an unowned prospect being promoted to the majors. Proposal: After official announcement (from team account, national or local reporter, etc) of a prospect being called up to the majors, player may only be added to an ESPN roster. They may still be demoted to prospect roster afterwards if owner so chooses, but this at least forces a team to use a weekly acquisition add on them
