I had five cards damaged in a sports card order and it took about five months to get resolved satisfactorily. They comped the value difference to me next order. There was another order of Pokémon where 19 cards had the same damage pattern. This outcome was less satisfying but not intolerable as they simply refunded the grading fee on those cards by applying it no my next order. I'm guessing I came out $50-100 behind what could have been from that one. Pretty minor in the grand scheme of things. That one also took around five months.
