I stopped sending to SGC when they stole over $5k in cards from me. I had a rep and told him I was submitting 4 really nice cards. Had signature confirmation on it. Packaged was signed for then disappeared. They said they never got it. I filed reports with the FBI and post office. The rep and the shipping manager ended up being fired soon after and nobody there would talk to me and acted like they had no idea what I was talking about. Never used them after.
