I can't imagine with their slow pace and delays that Panini is going to have live autos of these guys in Optic, but maybe they could be delaying so they can toss in redemptions for them if this one year length speculation is true.
I don't actually expect any of the above to be true, but it also doesn't seem impossible and would certainly be an interesting twist on the product this year.

So Fanatics paid Bryce Young millions of dollars to basically sign no cards? Has he signed a single card since last year's draft? Same with Levis. Has he signed since last year's draft or anything period for Fanatics? Stroud they could have made a killing on but had him sign only a few things as well. If true on the 1 year deals, millions of dollars flushed down the toilet.
The way Panini's business model is they are better off not signing these guys at this point anyway. I guess it would be worth signing Levis and Young if it's pennies on the dollar compared to last year but for that price Fanatics would still offer more. With what they would have to pay Stroud no way he is worth it with Panini's business model. If they do what they should have done 3 1/2 years ago and cut out their money tree members or charge them what they should charge than probably all 3 would be worth it for Panini. Unfortunately, there is 0% chance of that happening.
