For the heck of it, I went back and counted my emails from COMC.
I've now done the verification 652 times since October 16th.

Now I have requested a shipment and they are asking me to pay for the shipping ($4.99).
I have been trying to get ahold of them with no replies and the support "leave a message" is coming back to me as junk mail.
All I can do is keep messaging them in hopes they will answer. I know their CS is overloaded.

My sign in issues were resolved in December after I escalated and got in touch with an IT person (or staff member that knew about computers). I had no idea that it was still going on. That over six months now and is inexcusable.
COMC clearly needs to add and/or replace some of their staff. They seem to be following the general trend of companies in 2024 where they are desperately short staffed, say that they need people but do not add any help or hire.
I have a lot of cards in my inventory and there is no equal competitor, so I am not going anywhere, but I wish that COMC would make having a basic level of customer service was a priority.
