It is only prospects, but it is also hobby exclusive. Vet & rookies are not listed. There will only be ~26.5 in all 110 cases.
Based on the odds, I would say this is /15 - which would just be replacing the black paper. They have black listed for vets/rookies, but not prospects. So I think this should go to that spot.
Black is a much better color than a swamp algae green anyway. haha
