Clean raw vintage is still out there,i know that as i have a lot of it.Hard part like you said is finding someone that has it and willing to part with it for a descent price.Guys that collected in the 70's and 80's left a lot of their collection raw only grading the key cards.
there are some online shops you can by raw that can be trusted BBCE,Greg Morris amongst others,the issue with those is your going to pay.if your in a bigger city you may still find a group that gets together and does B/S/T nights.if you do find a group id suggest buying small and sending in for grading to make sure the group is legit and not some trimming sellers.
