Obviously only list stuff you have in there, whether it be relics, autos...etc. Then in the item specifics list the top 5-10 names.
For a 100 count lot I don't think you need to list every card, but make sure they are pictured. You can do 11 photos of 9 or 5 photos of 20 or whatever. For the last one take a picture of the package.
