Maybe fractional means it was initially meant to be a larger set but they are rushing this out as a smaller set … a “fraction” of what they planned had they not been outbid for the Marvel license by Topps.
We will see Monday though.
I will buy a few packs but this one seems like a rush job just to poop out everything Marvel that UD had in development.
