Its pretty difficult situation, as people could be receiving the boxes, opening them up (getting nothing) and then making this kind of pictures saying that's how it was.. how to prove it?
I got this year's prizm from Target, one of the boxes was totally damaged.. Target changed their terms of service for sports cards this year, stating that no matter the case no refunds etc will not be accepted.. I guess some people are overspending and then thinking ways to get some back (after the disappointing break) and that has forced some to take "no refund policy" - which messes up things for honest people who have actual cases.
