Back on topic: I have / had in a very similar situation, as I probably have / had one of the larger SGA collections out there. I think people giving the blanket statements of "sell the small stuff" or "sell the big stuff" probably lack the nuance of your collection and the SGA market in general.
I think while there have been some huge jumps in brands like NT / Flawless / Prizm / mid-range autos, there have been others that have been slower to catch on, and I think if you're not dumping everything at once, I would sell cards that have made huge jumps like those brands I mentioned where they have essentially doubled or tripled since the beginning of the season, and slowly roll out the other brands that have "only" experienced 25-50% growth. As buyers get priced out of the first options or the multiples become unsustainable, people will start looking at second or third options and they will start to climb while the others will flatten out or regress.
That said, if there's anything that you absolutely love, don't feel bad about keeping it, especially if you're not into it for much. I don't think they're winning the title this year, so a loss shouldn't be some huge disappointment like it will be for players like Jokic / Giannis whose runways are already several years shorter and teams will only get worse in the next couple years.
