Good to hear they want to talk about the situation. It is probably a good time to think about what you want to resolve/settle the issue (money, grading credit, combo?). I would also recommend gathering any paperwork confirming your claim of original ownership and original grading with PSA (date subbed/fees paid/receipts etc). "Bring the receipts" as many like to say.
