Quick related question. I'm at day 20 after shipping a sold card with it not arriving. Granted it was shipped to Hawaii. I got one tracking update from my home post office the day I shipped it and that's it. The buyer reached out today asking if I knew where the card was. Does the buyer need to file an item not received claim for me to collect the insurance or can I just refund without the claim but list the reason as "item not received". It was a $3 card so I'm not sweating it, just want to do things the right way.
