I'm in agreement with those who have said to let a lot of these guys walk. You can win in this league with a great roster and a decent QB at a decent price. It's best to invest throughout the roster and get a decently priced QB, than overspend on the position and have to constantly cut guys due to salary cap restrictions.

This will not work out for the Niners. Their roster is deteriorating, and Purdy, while good, does not have the skills to overcome their lack of talent. It would have been best to move on.
Ironically, the 49ers had that guy 2 years ago.... his name was Brock Purdy!
