Yeah, as someone who rents a house away from the venue every year, It can be a pain trying to fight through the parking garage across the street from the Stephens, while Cleveland was out away from everything else. The only traffic needing spots were National guests, and the lot was big enough for every single person to park there. People complain about the line to get in the east entrance to the lot, but if you just used the west entrance there was literally zero wait all week. I love the location in Rosemont, but parking there is not nearly as nice as it was in Cleveland last year.
That said, looking forward to the additional space this year. While the Stephens can feel a little more disjointed than a nice open square room(s) like Cleveland, it doesn't really bother me. And adding a second floor with new dealers should be fun.

The only issue I have with parking in the garage across the street is trying to remember how to get back to my car after a long day of looking at cards. I feel like I am guessing my way through it as I go through the walkways. It wasn't too bad at the Sports Spectacular in March, though.
