Looking at the ratios on PSA for 10s vs 9s or lower, buying 10s if you come across them for sale seems like a smarter play than buying raw.

How could such a much hyped set have such QC issues. It's almost like PSA has conspired with UD, and Panini to ignore QC to keep pop counts down.
