More of an issue? Compared to what?
I'd say the biggest issue is customers who purchased this product thinking it was "Rookie Royalty" and instead they got "Panini Instant" cards.
I know if I paid $3,000 per box thinking that this was Rookie Royalty and not some last minute batch of Panini Instant cards, I'd be wanting a refund real fast.
PSA mis-labeling the cards as Rookie Royalty vs correctly labeling them as Panini Instant so that I could re-sale them at a higher value and continue the grift wouldn't make me feel any better. What PSA labels them is pretty much inconsequential. The cards are Panini Instant either way.
