I have been having issues with the Bulk Editor since Day One and emailed customer service.

Here is their reply:

“ Thank you for contacting us! We're aware of some users being unable to download their full inventory within the app. This app is in active beta development. We've passed this feedback along to our development/IT team for review.

Please let us know if you have any questions!”
