Been rough sledding for Cincy since - who I fully expected to be back in the Super Bowl and/or have won a championship by now, but bad bounces and lots of Burrow injuries have left them reeling.
My heart goes out to the Cincy fans today.

They should have let Higgins go and used that money to go towards O line.
A top notch WR out of the draft would have gotten them younger at the position, and cheaper for the first 3-4 yrs of his career. A top tier WR coming in out of the draft could likely produce the amount Higgins is at this point. Why pay him $115million when they could have beefed up the O line
AND got younger at the position? I think Tet McMillan, Luther Burden or Matthew Golden would be good #2s
4 yr Tet McMillan deal for $27 mill vs 4 yr $115 mill for Higgins. Its a no brainer
