I agree. I was at about 6 spring training games this year when this challenge system was implemented. There were actually fewer challenges than I expected. Egos really weren't much of a factor. Both offensive and defensive players seemed very prudent with challenges and were usually right. And added benefit was that it provided an entertaining moment for the crowd as the challenge was broadcast on the scoreboard for all to watch. It look little time, didn't disrupt the game, and was fun. I still want fully ABS, but I didn't mind the challenge system at the games.
