Our company had a conversation with his company yesterday. Their background check did not reveal his DUI court case. They talked to him and his excuse was that it happened in July and he had no one to report it to since he didn't have a job. 1) He's an army reservist and would have had to report it to his command 2) He should have reported it the day they hired him. He's had a clearance before and yearly we go through training on what is reportable to the Security Office 3) He just finished the mandatory training for the job at this command which listed the reportable offenses and never reported it.
Good riddance.
