I'm sorry, so unless I'm a 'super bidder', I'm forced to grade any raw cards worth over $100 after I win them? And it has to go to CGC?

Through a seamless collaboration that offers protection for buyers and sellers alike, CGC is now the Official Authentication and Grading Partner for snype. Any uncertified card that sells for more than $100 through snype will be sent to CGC for authentication and grading, with a turnaround time of 20 business days. If it is found to be genuine, the successful bidder pays the grading fee; otherwise, the seller pays the fee. (Only super-bidders will have the option to decline the grading opportunity.)
