I guess I expect too much out of my management. In October, we were asked to provide all of the days off my team members and I were taking in November and December. I sent this to my boss with all days listed for each member. She just sent me a Teams message asking if 2 of the members (I guess my other employee or I don't count) were taking any days off during the upcoming holiday.
I guess it was too hard to either a) look at the e-mail I already sent you or b) look at the Out of Office calendar she had created on Teams.
