First of all do you have a return policy listed in your auctions? Second thing I'd ask this guy to email you a scan of the problem he is complaining about and tell him there were no scratches on the card when you sent it and ask if he thinks this was damaged in shipping. If so then he needs to go to the Post Office and file a claim as you sent it with insurance for just this reason and the recipient is resonsible for filing the claim. If he is just having buyers remorse then I would stand pat as I dont see where he can win a claim against you. The not as described issues are handled much different than not received. He can also see that you are a good seller and was not being deceptive about the card condition.
