does he get traded now or after the season? do they work it out? do they continue with this toxic coach-QB relationship?

Shanahan was a disaster and may be responsible for ruining Robert Griffin. and Jay Gruden should probably just go back to the Arena League.

with the right coach Washington is the team for for Griffin. but if they stick with Gruden, and they can't work out their issues, maybe a new home allows Griffin to reestablish himself.

I know many Redskins fans are down on Griffin... then again they believed Cousins was going to be a star an now think McCoy is the one.
