Also, Night of the Comet is one of those that didn't age well. The part that scared me as a kid was when the guy got wasted by the zombie in the alley after opening the door of the theater. But perhaps that scared me so much because a friend of my dad's had a dead-on mask for that guy and he used to scare the #@#@#@#@ out of me with that.
Yeah it definitely didn't age that well, but I love it as like an 80's time capsule film. For a while last summer I got obsessed with cyberpunk films - basically any 80's or late 70's movie with a lot of tech in it and a noir lighting/color scheme. TONS of dated movies, but it felt like I was living in 1983 most days which was neat!
