Here is my take...........

I think what he's saying is the right thing to do was to give him the ban hammer before the storm hit. Sometimes doing the right thing is time sensitive, that time has apparently passed. Part of the issue here is people not coming forward with this stuff when it happens. Sure people don't want the headache of dealing with these types of threads.

When Will screwed over Raider it should have come forward. When Will took a month to get another member their cards from a sale/trade it should have been posted. Every person that comes forward with bad dealings with Will and never brought it to anyone's attention is partially to blame. At the very least it should have been brought to the attention of moderators so a record of this type of behavior could be established. Not wait until it gets this bad.

With that being said, Houdini shouldn't have been dealing with this issue to begin with and him stepping away (though late) was the best thing to do. Chapman's and Houdini BOTH took shots at each other, it happened, they both made their points. If its that big of an issue it should probably get taken to PM. though obviously if other members make posts concerning the issue between the two they are going to want to respond, its hard not to.

For people asking/complaining why it was moved. The thread was moved because it was a call out thread to a manufacturer but who is also a member. Not that hard to understand. Whether it was because it made the site look bad or not. It is pretty common for threads like this to get moved to the correct section.

In my opinion Will is getting the benefit of both sides of the fence. For being a manufacturer and for being a member. He's not banned yet because he is a manufacturer but his thread gets moved because he's a member. Regardless of what happens with Will, Blowout is a business and I hope they are taking this extremely seriously because its obvious it is now effecting their bottom line, sales.

Regardless of the Prospect Rush fiasco, the Prospect Rush account should be banned for the deal with Raiders. If indeed the bulk of the deal was done via PM on this site I cannot understand why it doesn't count. Even then, I am sure its not rare for members to get banned for bad dealings/scamming on facebook, ebay, or other trade sites. Unless there are more details we don't know about behind the scenes I cannot imagine a scenario where Will doesn't get banned if all these accusations are true, which it would appear they are.
