This set intrigues me. Although I'm not a practicing biologist by any means, it was the focus of my undergraduate studies. Initially I was not really interested so much in this set, but these detailed perspectives of the insects remind me of my zoology classes and the years I spent as a high school biology teacher. Decisions, decisions... Its not helping any that Lark did such great work for the promo cards.

Lark is pretty cool by the way. I have the distinguished honor of being the very first person to commission a convention sketch from her. She was pretty nervous about the whole thing... it was funny. Anyway, if you dig the bees you should definitely get in touch with her. I recall she had the original artwork for the grasshopper at the spring show where that promo was distributed. For the life of me, I can't remember what she was asking for it.
