I just checked my sentbox, I sent emails on the 5th and 6th, opened the case on the 8th.
I feel that's ample time to read your emails and type a 3 second response, especially if you've been online listing more auctions during that time.

I think most people would side with me when I say a LOT longer than a couple days. Especially considering it had only been a week.
