I think the fact that we're not seeing any of the big hits (knobs, cut autos) come out yet is hurting the initial hype. This was a boom-or-bust product last year as well. However, the bat knobs gave the product a lot of hype. My thinking is that the knobs will be considered passe this year since it's already been done (as well as the rookie reprints), and therefore the product will just not get the same hype.
