I have never made a mistake like that, but if I did I think I would ask the buyer the cancel the transaction. I would offer some stuff for free to make up for my mistake.
I have bought cards with .99 cent BIN's that were supposed to be auctions and have always agreed to cancel. The seller didn't send me anything though..
