That would have to be determined by you guys. Here's my suggestions though.
1. One team each
2. Switch on hits. X gets first hit, Y gets second hit, X gets 3rd hit etc.
3. Switch on product, X does NT, Y does TTT, share 5 Star
4. decide to sell all hits, send all cards to X, he sells and sends half to Y
