I charge $2.50 and usually don't charge anything extra for 5 cards. I put '$.25 for each additional single card won' in my auctions, but still don't charge extra for the first 5.

Technically you can put 6 cards (all in penny sleeves and top loaders inside a team bag) in a bubble mailer and still be under 3 ounces, so no use in charging extra for shipping when it doesn't cost me any more.
