Every case I've seen had at least 3 extra hits so far -- actually the fewest extra hits I've seen was the the one for the hit break here (4 hits). But you're probably right, I'm going to err on the side of caution and go with published hits/box. Any extra hits will just result in extra draft slots that will randomed off anyways
