For all intents and purposes he's been kicked off the team.
I would imagine the only way he could get back would be if all charges are dropped - not some sort of plea - but charges dropped completely like with Storm Klein last year where it was essentially a false accusation. This one has too many witnesses - even if she did hit him first (which is what is apparently what happened)
Not seeing that happening that this gets dropped completely.
