Oatmeal plain with a little bit of cinnamon sprinkled on top is edible.

Oatmeal "American style", meaning, loaded up with milk, honey, maple syrup, raisins, cinnamon, sugar, chocolate chips, etc.

Is one of the unhealthiest things anybody could eat in the morning

Wash it down with a Venti Dunkin' Donuts Frap and that's the fast track to diabeetus

Usually have either oatmeal or cream of rice a couple times a week. Add a scoop or 2 of protein powder, some dried cranberries or blueberries, maybe some crushed walnuts and a drizzle of hot honey
